RETURN OF GOODS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. All tables and accessories offered in the Store are produced to order, according to the Customer’s individual specifications (size, color, accessories).
2. Right of withdrawal within 14 days
   • In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
   • The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the Customer placed the order.
   • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter, fax, or e-mail) sent to:

3. Effects of withdrawal from the contract
   • In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from the Customer’s choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered).
   • Refund will be made immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the withdrawal.
   • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The Customer will not incur any fees related to such refund.
4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
   • After the 14-day period has expired, the production process begins. From that moment, the right of withdrawal is excluded, as the product is manufactured to the Customer’s individual specifications.
   • The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the case of:
     • Contracts where the subject of performance is a non-prefabricated item, produced to the Customer’s specifications or serving to meet their individualized needs,
     • Contracts for items personalized to the Customer’s specifications,
     • Goods or packaging that have been damaged by the Customer.

DELIVERY AND COSTS

1. The production time for a gaming table is usually 10–16 weeks. After this period, the table is ready for shipment.
2. Delivery costs depend on the size of the table and the destination country. Customers will be informed of the final shipping costs during the order process or individually by the Seller.
3. Within Europe, delivery is carried out through the Home Table Delivery service, which includes transportation and assembling the table in the Customer’s home.
4. For intercontinental deliveries (outside of Europe), orders are shipped via courier service.
