Return of goods
The consumer’s right to return goods is excluded in the case of:
– a contract for the supply of a non-prefabricated item made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
– in the case of a contract for the supply of an item made to the consumer’s specifications or intended for the consumer’s personal needs.
– the goods or their packaging are damaged.

– You have the right, within the framework of the statutory provisions, to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract.
Effects of the revocation
– If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
The consumer’s right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of:
– a contract where the subject matter of the performance is a non-prefabricated item made to the consumer’s specifications or made to the consumer’s personal requirements.
The production time of the game table is usually 6-8 weeks. After this time, the table is ready for shipment.
Shipping cost depends on the dimension of the table, and the place of shipment.
